Internal Award For Excellence

Woven enjoy celebrating the success and hard work of our colleagues, so when we recently received 2 tickets for the 2019 FA Cup Final we wanted to award them to a team member in recognition of our core values in their role – Pragmatic, Transparent and Collaborative in the form of an Award for Excellence.

After much deliberation, the Award for Excellence went to Jamie Prosser (Contact Centre Trainer) from our Bristol Site. A very worthy winner, Jamie was nominated by numerous colleagues.

Here’s a selection of reasons why: 

“Jamie was critical to the success of the client campaign and went well above his standard job role. Taking the lead for the cross-site quality, he was instrumental in keeping the quality to the required standard as well as regularly reporting back to the client. In addition to supporting the team, Jamie was involved in client meetings and his input was received extremely positively. I have no hesitation in recommending him and I hope that he is successful in winning the award.”

“Jamie has been an integral part of the Operations team since joining the company. He has an endless (and sometimes exhausting!) enthusiasm and passion for his role that never ceases to amaze the team and has consistently gone above and beyond in both his work and within social/charitable situations in the business.”

“We recently deployed a client campaign in our Bristol office with less than a working weeks’ notice – Jamie designed and delivered a full bespoke training plan to over 50 colleagues and the client themselves. Jamie took full responsibility for the ongoing quality and upskilling of the teams over the course of the campaign with regular benchmarking sessions organised both internally and with the client.”

“Whilst working closely with key colleagues on this campaign, the quality of Jamie’s BAU work was not impacted in the slightest. Jamie is also responsible for delivering Woven company inductions and is constantly striving to improve processes and procedures, communicating effectively with internal stakeholders. He has shown himself to be committed and flexible in line with business requirements with nothing being too much trouble, and always with a smile on his face.”
