We are delighted to announce that Paula Constant has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Woven.
Paula brings a wealth of experience to her new role as CEO. During her 20 year career she has successfully delivered exceptional customer service for large-scale contact centre operations around the world. Her previous roles include a variety of executive and leadership positions in the telecoms, retail and banking sectors, including for Vodafone and BT, where she gained an extensive knowledge of outsourcing.
Paula’s proven ability to both lead and transform customer-centric organisations will drive the further growth of Woven and our vision to deliver exceptional customer experiences across our three core proposition pillars:
- Boutique Operations – through which we will bespoke and tailor personalised services for every brand we represent.
- Agile Technology – with which we will help our clients build, deliver and change their customer journeys across every channel faster than ever before.
- Brilliant People – who go above and beyond for our clients’ customers, looking after them as if they were our own.
Paula takes up the role of Woven CEO having most recently served as Executive General Manager for the National Australia Bank (NAB), in a position previously fulfilled by Cyril Molitor, who was instrumental in bringing Woven to market and taking the company through its first phase of development.
On joining Woven, Paula said “This is a tremendous opportunity to continue to grow our strong client base and technology innovation credentials. I feel privileged to lead such a passionate team, backed by Aquiline partners.
Paula’s appointment demonstrates Woven’s ongoing commitment to seek out industry-leading skills and capabilities and to deliver tangible benefit for our clients and investors.
Our unique blend of boutique operations, agile technology and brilliant people means that delivering exceptional, agile customer experiences is no longer something you need to imagine.
