I lead our Operations, Planning, Technology, Data and Change Teams – engaging colleagues, delighting customers and designing better solutions for our clients, in the ever demanding and changing world in which we live.
Prior to joining Woven I co-founded a Change & Solution Design consultancy – Custerian – which provided services to UK and Global clients such as Arm, Argos, Barratt Group, Innovation Group, SGN, United Utilities. Prior to Custerian, I held positions such as: Chief Commercial Officer for Arrow XL; National Services Director for Yodel; Group Customer Experience Director for Shop Direct; as well as senior positions for NBrown PLC and RAC.
I am passionate about the service industry having a background in services, retail & supply chain. Having championed disruptive ways of working over the last 20 years on client side, I truly believe that the service outsourcing market is broken.
As consumers we are looking for the right outcomes, not lots of contacts cheaply, we want it right first time and if it does occasionally go wrong then we want our query resolved easily. Today, technology and data advancements mean that you can power people more effectively, so what is exciting now is the ability to redesign connected services, making it an easier and more enjoyable experience for everyone. That’s what our customers and clients want, and I want to be part of disrupting and delivering this.
