Cyril was Global Head of Offshoring and Outsourcing for AXA Group from 2008 to 2010, where he was in charge of AXA shared service centres strategies as well as managing AXA contact centres from a quality and cost perspective (>7,000 FTEs globally).
In 2010, Cyril moved to Credit Suisse in London to be Global Head of Outsourcing for Asset Management, where his main focus was to reduce the cost base. This was achieved through the transfer of all middle and back office activities to 3rd party providers, leading to Credit Suisse site closures in Europe, Asia and the US.
He then moved to HSBC in 2014, as member of the Global Business Services Executive Committee (50,000 FTE, 21 sites in 13 locations with a $2.4bn cost base) where he oversaw delivering an $825m cost base reduction through automation, footprint rationalisation etc.
More recently he has been working as an independent consultant for KPMG advising major insurance companies at board level on cost transformation through shared services and outsourcing strategies and as an advisor for Aquiline Partners before becoming CEO of Woven (an Aquiline partners’ portfolio company).
