In my role I lead on all aspects around People working in Woven – resourcing, onboarding, training, development, engagement and reward as well as the office environments we all work in. Having motivated, engaged colleagues with the right skills and capabilities is what makes the difference in our business.
My background is primarily in financial services, and my last role for four years was with ERS, a specialist motor insurer and also an Aquiline investment.
My financial services experience is extensive and includes American Express, Salomon Bros, Hill Samuel, TSB, LloydsTSB, General Accident, CGU, CGNU, Norwich Union Life and Aviva. I have also held Interim HR Director roles at Friends Life and Equity Red star.
Prior to ERS I had seven years consulting with a strategy consultancy based on the INSEAD business school campus, and operating in the field of Blue Ocean Strategy and Value Innovation. I was, and still am, on the faculty of CEDEP – the European Centre for executive Education in France.
My consulting experience covers the Pharmaceutical Industry (Pfizer and J&J) and experience gained across many other sectors – hotels; insurance and logistics. I have worked internationally in Europe, Asia and North America.
